The Concept

Every seat faces the sawah. Every course is shaped by what the land offers this week — sourced within a 40-kilometer radius, decided by the chef days before you arrive.

Two seatings each evening. Twenty-four guests per session. No walk-ins. This is dining built around intention, not convenience.
